Dr. Hyung-Ju Kim is managing technology transfer feasibility study projects in Vietnam, Philippines and Mongolia since 2014. As a Director of Global Strategy Division, Dr. Kim is fostering GTC’s global networks and expertise in green technology in cooperation with national and international organizations, including KIST, KOICA, GCF, UNDP, ICLEI, UNESCAP, and GGGI. Major topics of his work include: global green technology cooperation, climate technology transfer, green technology fusion, energy efficiency, smart grid, and resource efficiency. Dr. Kim previously served as the Principal Consultant of Sustainability Consulting Team at Samsung SDS. Dr. Kim holds his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Technical University Berlin, Germany and his B.A. and M.A. degrees from Busan National University, Republic of Korea.
