The Solutions Gateway was developed by ICLEI as an online platform for Local Governments where they can find potential Low Emission Development Solutions for their communities. It contains recommended sectoral and cross-sectoral activities, structured along typical local government mandates, to support the development of low emission strategies, plans and projects. The Solutions Gateway takes an integrated approach to maximize sustainable development and climate change mitigation results.

The carbonn Climate Registry (cCR) is the world´s leading reporting platform to enhance transparency, accountability and credibility of climate action of local and subnational governments. Since the Climate Summit 2014 in New York it is also the designated central repository of the Compact of Mayors. In 2014 the cCR embraced its 500 reporting cities from 44 countries around the world, reporting more than 5000 climate actions and 1092 commitments. During the discussion, we talked about the recent release of the Registry’s brand new upgrade to facilitate high quality reports and international level city and regional campaigns towards Paris COP21! Roundtable discussions allowed participants to engage in structured discussions around diverse themes relating to local urban sustainability. Participants are introduced to a topic by the table host and encouraged to share diverse opinions and inspirations, or to brainstorm solutions to a clearly specified problem. Roundtable Discussions was 30 minutes in duration and take place in the Academy Hall, Dongdaemun Design Plaza.
